Case study:

29 New End, London. NW3

29 New End, London. NW3

A high-end residential complex designed to a superior specification, with a high degree of individual detailing to deliver a unique building of quality and refinement.

Finished to exacting standards, the apartments include bespoke fitted joinery, stone bathrooms, and the latest in-home entertainment.

The building has a shared underground car park and gym, and externally hard and soft landscaped gardens to provide a communal facility for the residents.

We first visited the project to meet with the client to discuss the end users’ requirements and assess the site conditions – which was a concrete slab base in very poor condition.

We then advised a method and specification that fitted this brief, and would provide a hard wearing, long lasting, aesthetically pleasing resin flooring system that included all line demarcations and signage murals.
