74-76 Prince’s Square is a former aparthotel being converted into a 33 bedroom innovative care facility.
The interior of the care home will be fitted out to the highest quality, comparable to a luxury boutique hotel. The modern, dementia friendly design will incorporate state of the art technology to support and elongate the quality of life for the residents.
In addition to the residents private accommodation, the building will also feature a state of the art spa, activity room, large restaurant and kitchens, lounge areas, staff accommodation and nurses stations.

Over 1,200m2 installed from Basement to 6th Floor compromising of:
- Resilient sound deadening layer.
- Separation membranes.
- Heavy Duty Fast Drying Floor Screed.
- Epoxy DPM, resin floor finishes incorporating coved skirting to Basement plant, kitchen and BOH areas.
